Well, simple. 

Professional.  Top Quality.  Reliable.

I have been DJ'ing for about 10 years.  In those 10 years I have seen almost everything (sometimes, people suprise me).  I can handle just about anything that happens.  I always have redundant backups in case of electronic failure.  Everything is ran off of a specialized computer with professional DJ programs (and CD backups).  All of my equipment is top notch, with brands like Peavey, Mackey, and American DJ.  

And the simple attitude of "I am here for YOU, you are not here for ME"

Meaning, if you want your DJ to do something special, why shouldn't he/she?  That reason alone is why you will never find big banners with my name all over it, signs on your guests tables, etc.  It is also why you will not find a more professional, friendly, reliable DJ in the area.
